Welcome to the Qurtas App, the B2B digital platform for wholesale stationery trading in Iraq. Please read the following terms carefully. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use fully and unconditionally.

1. Definitions

— App: The Qurtas mobile and web application, owned by Rukn Al-Khaleej Al-Akhdar for General Trading
— User: Any business entity, distributor, or registered merchant creating an account or using the app to place wholesale orders
— Services: All features provided by the app, including product listings, order placement, invoicing, account management, and shipment tracking

2. Use of the App

— The app is strictly intended for wholesale business use (B2B) related to stationery and office supplies
— Personal, individual, or retail usage is strictly prohibited
— Users must be legally registered commercial entities operating within Iraq

3. Intellectual Property

— All intellectual property rights, including app content, designs, software, and branding, are fully owned by Rukn Al-Khaleej Al-Akhdar for General Trading
— No part of the app may be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission from the owner

4. Registration and Accounts

— Accurate and complete business information is required during registration (e.g., company name, address, phone number, trade license)
— Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials
— The company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice

5. Pricing and Payments

— All prices listed in the app are wholesale prices
— Prices are subject to change at any time without notice
— Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, cash on delivery, or other options specified within the app

6. Shipping and Delivery

— Orders are delivered to the commercial address provided by the user
— Delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout
— Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics conditions

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Rukn Al-Khaleej Al-Akhdar for General Trading reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of:
— Providing false or misleading information
— Using the app for non-commercial purposes
— Misuse of the platform or abusive behavior toward customer support

8. Disclaimer of Liability

— The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
— The company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the app

9. Governing Law

— These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq
— All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baghdad
